Retirement Well Spent® ("we," our," or us") has adopted this policy out of concern for the privacy of our web site users, customers, and visitors to our web site located at www.retirementwellspent.com. This Privacy Policy explains our practices with respect to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal and non-personal information provided by users. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected or received apart from the services provided on our web site or via third-party web sites or services and this policy does not apply to data that does not allow us or third parties to identify or contact you. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any online service which provides its own separate notice. By using the web site or signing up for our services, you are agreeing to, and accepting our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the web site. 

Collection of Information

Generally, we collect personal information from web site users when they voluntarily submit it to us. For example, we collect information you give us when you visit or use our online services, purchase products or services or otherwise engage in transaction with us or others, communicate with us such as providing feedback, request support or services, post content, photos or other material to social media or similar features operated by Retirement Well Spent or which Retirement Well Spent may access, register for or manage an account with us or subscribe to newsletters, email us or otherwise access content we provide. Personal information may include, but is not limited to, first and last name, telephone number, physical address, email address, age, number of years until retirement, information on investment preference and risk tolerance, information on current financial vehicles and information on needed or desired retirement income. 

Certain non-personal information about web site visits is collected by the standard operation of the web site. The non¬ personal information we collect includes the type of operating system in use (e.g., Macintosh or Windows), the type of browser being used by the web site user, IP address, and the domain name from which visitors accessed the web site (e.g., Yahoo.com).

In addition, we may collect information  about users' browsing behavior, such as the date and time of each web site visit, the area or pages  of our web site visited, the amount of time spent viewing the web site, the number of times the user returns to the web site, and other click-stream  data (collectively, the Browsing Behavior Information"). Retirement Well Spent may collect information through our presence on social media and networking platforms. You may use social networks or other online services to access our web site. When you do so, information from those services may be available to us. By associating a social network account with our web site, we may access and retain information relating to that account in accordance with the policies of the social network or other online service and this Privacy Policy. For example, we may be able to access account or profile information that you have provided to the social network or information about your interactions with the social network.

Retirement Well Spent may use information collected from users ("User Information") for several purposes, including, but not limited to: (1) to facilitate online purchases; (2) to fulfill orders; (3) to send marketing materials, product information, and other communications to users; (4) to conduct internal review and analysis of the web site; (5) to help us better understand users of the web site; (6) to respond to specific requests from users; (7) to facilitate connections with third parties that might be of interest to you; and (8) to protect the security or integrity of the web site. Additionally, User Information will be used for purposes of conducting internal reviews of the web site, monitoring the web site, and providing an enhanced online experience for the user.

We may use analytics technologies from third party providers including, but not limited to, Google Analytics, Facebook, Doubleclick, AdWords, Google Tag Manager, and tracking technology including Selligent. You may be able to opt out of receiving certain advertising tailored to your interests by third parties through the Network Advertising Initiative web site, an independent web site not sponsored by or affiliated with Retirement Well Spent. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information. We allow access to personal information only to persons or entities engaging in activities provided for by this Privacy Policy. We use several technologies to protect information. Please keep in mind that the transmission of information over the internet and on mobile platforms is not always secure, which means we cannot guarantee the security or confidentiality of any personal information we obtain as part of our web site.

Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event Retirement Well Spent or any of its assets are acquired by a third-party, User Information acquired by us may be one of the assets transferred.

Acceptance of Privacy Terms and Conditions

By visiting the web site or the associated services, users agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. To the extent that any of the third-party sites accessible through this web site have privacy practices different from those stated in this Privacy Policy, those third¬ party practices govern the collection and use of information. We reserve the right to change the terms of this Privacy Policy. To ensure that users are aware of current privacy practices, we recommend that users consult this web site regularly. 

DO NOT TRACK

Our web site does not respond to do not track" requests. All traffic is treated as equal and processed the same. If you desire to have your browsing be private, we suggest that you use your web browser’s private or incognito function, or similar options.

Children's Privacy

Our web site is not intended for anyone under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, without parental consent, we will delete that information and otherwise comply with the requirements of any applicable law including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.
