Collection of Information
Generally, we collect personal information from web site users when they voluntarily submit it to us. For example, we collect information you give us when you visit or use our online services, purchase products or services or otherwise engage in transaction with us or others, communicate with us such as providing feedback, request support or services, post content, photos or other material to social media or similar features operated by Retirement Well Spent or which Retirement Well Spent may access, register for or manage an account with us or subscribe to newsletters, email us or otherwise access content we provide. Personal information may include, but is not limited to, first and last name, telephone number, physical address, email address, age, number of years until retirement, information on investment preference and risk tolerance, information on current financial vehicles and information on needed or desired retirement income.
Certain non-personal information about web site visits is collected by the standard operation of the web site. The non¬ personal information we collect includes the type of operating system in use (e.g., Macintosh or Windows), the type of browser being used by the web site user, IP address, and the domain name from which visitors accessed the web site (e.g., Yahoo.com).

Retirement Well Spent may use information collected from users ("User Information") for several purposes, including, but not limited to: (1) to facilitate online purchases; (2) to fulfill orders; (3) to send marketing materials, product information, and other communications to users; (4) to conduct internal review and analysis of the web site; (5) to help us better understand users of the web site; (6) to respond to specific requests from users; (7) to facilitate connections with third parties that might be of interest to you; and (8) to protect the security or integrity of the web site. Additionally, User Information will be used for purposes of conducting internal reviews of the web site, monitoring the web site, and providing an enhanced online experience for the user.

Security of Information
In the event Retirement Well Spent or any of its assets are acquired by a third-party, User Information acquired by us may be one of the assets transferred.

Our web site does not respond to do not track" requests. All traffic is treated as equal and processed the same. If you desire to have your browsing be private, we suggest that you use your web browser’s private or incognito function, or similar options.
Our web site is not intended for anyone under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, without parental consent, we will delete that information and otherwise comply with the requirements of any applicable law including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.
